How do you price a commercial cleaning contract?

Pricing is based on square footage, cleaning frequency, space type and access window. Frequency is the primary driver: cleaning five nights per week costs substantially more per month than once per week for identical square footage. We produce written quotes after a facility walkthrough rather than using a fixed rate card, because layout, floor type and restroom count all affect crew hours in ways a square footage estimate does not capture.

Do you require a long-term contract?

Recurring cleaning engagements are typically structured as month-to-month or annual agreements. We discuss the contract length at quote time. We do not require multi-year commitments as a condition of service.

What happens if I am not satisfied with a cleaning visit?

Report the concern to your account manager. We commit to a response within one business day and a corrective visit within 48 hours where the concern is actionable. The written scope of work is the reference point for what "satisfactory" means—it is why we insist on a documented scope before any work begins.

Are you insured?

Yes. We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation. A certificate of insurance is included with every written quote. Details are on our insured and bonded page.

Will the same crew clean my building every time?

Yes. We assign a consistent crew to each account. Rotating crews is one of the most common reasons commercial cleaning quality degrades; we do not operate that way.

What is the service area?

We serve commercial facilities within 25 miles of Tempe. Current service area includes Phoenix, Mesa, Chandler, Scottsdale, Guadalupe, Gilbert, Ahwatukee and Paradise Valley. If you are outside this radius, tell us—in some cases we can accommodate depending on the scope and schedule.

Do you clean on weekends?

Weekend cleaning is available for specific services, particularly floor care programs that require unoccupied access. Weekend nightly cleaning for standard office facilities is available on request. Confirm at quote time.

How quickly can you start?

After a signed scope of work, most recurring programs can begin within 1–2 weeks. We confirm the start date in writing at contract time.

Do you provide restroom supplies?

Supply replenishment can be included in restroom sanitation programs. We stock and replenish paper towel, toilet tissue, hand soap and seat covers as part of the program. This is priced at cost and included in the monthly program total. Confirm the preference at quote time.
