Coverage We Carry

We carry general liability insurance appropriate for commercial cleaning operations in Arizona. Our coverage addresses third-party property damage and bodily injury that may arise in the course of cleaning operations. This is the coverage your building management or property insurer will ask about when vetting a cleaning contractor.

We also maintain workers' compensation coverage for all crew members. Workers' compensation means that if a member of our crew is injured while working in your facility, the claim runs through our policy—not yours. This is a meaningful exposure if a contractor operates without it.

A certificate of insurance is included with every written quote. If your building manager, property manager or risk management team needs documentation, it is available without delay and without a separate request process.

Bonding

We carry a commercial cleaning bond. Bonding provides a layer of protection against theft by crew members working inside your facility. For commercial cleaning contractors with recurring access to occupied buildings, bonding is standard practice and a reasonable expectation when selecting a contractor.

22 Years in Business

We have operated in the commercial cleaning market in the East Valley since 2003. Companies that carry insufficient insurance or allow bonding to lapse do not operate for 22 years. Our coverage is current and renewed annually. If you need confirmation of current coverage at any point during a contract, your account manager can provide an updated certificate on request.

What to Ask Any Cleaning Contractor

When evaluating commercial cleaning bids, request the following from every contractor regardless of price:

• Certificate of general liability insurance naming your property as an additional insured
• Proof of workers' compensation coverage
• Confirmation of bonding and bond amount
• How long the contractor has been in operation

A contractor who cannot produce these documents quickly is a contractor whose coverage may have lapsed or was never in place. The liability of working with an uninsured cleaning contractor falls on the building owner or manager.
